StormPay Now Only A PTC And Auction Site
It seems official now that StormPay is now only a PTC (StormClix) and auction (StormPay Auctions) site. StormPay never sent any emails regarding this IMPORTANT information to any members. Both merchants and members came across the news that StormPay is no longer accepting offsite and account transfer payments. This information was discovered probably by either trying to use their payment buttons or by complaints from subscribers and customers. They canceled all current subscriptions to membership sites without any warning. Now who suffers here?
Instead of StormPay sending out an official press release to their current members and clients, they posted a very simple 2 -3 paragraph statement: QUOTED BELOW

Dear Valued StormPay customer,
Effective immediately StormPay Inc. will no longer accept payments for sales made outside of StormPay Auctions. If you are an online seller who wishes to sell your product or service through the StormPay system, your item must be sold using the StormPay Auctions feature. Listing in the StormPay Auctions is FREE of charge unless utilizing our inexpensive upgraded listing options.
Q: Why has StormPay implemented this new policy?
A: StormPay has rendered certain policy changes to insure a safer online experience for both buyers and sellers. This policy change allows StormPay to more closely monitor the products/services sold, insuring that sold items are within StormPay’s acceptable use policies.
Under these new policy guidelines, customers may no longer log into a StormPay account for the purpose of sending money to another online user, or “offsite†website sale. All “spends†and “receives†are and only can be for the specific purchase of a user’s auction listing and successful purchase of.

Now they suddenly onlyaccept payments for their Auction, StormClix and Debit Card purchases. You can no longer send other members money unless you purchase a product through their auction.
ANOTHER piece of information that they have not yet shared is They No Longer Accept Credit Card Funding or Withdrawals. You can only use your checking account for electronic payments (eChecks). It seems that someone has had their credit card processing privledges taken away.

The real reason will be determined in the outcome of the court battles. I am very sure that justice will prevail.
StormPay did leave a few things to wonder about.
1.) Why did they not just freeze the 12DailyPro merchant account?
2.) Why did they take 6 months and after millions of dollars worth of transactions, before they decided to take action?
- Let’s not forget they did make huge profits per each transaction and the fact THEY were also frozen at one time by PayPal for providing the same serive as 12DailyPro. **Should they not have know beeter to detect such a PONZI Scheme or were they too busy collecting all the fees associated with each transaction?
3.) Where did all the money go? Was it applied to an escrow account until they came to a conclusion?
4.) Why is it all of a sudden they are not allowed to accept credit card transactions?
5.) Again, why take innocent members money that was trusted within the StormPay system?
